Howard Napper was an integral part of a group of young British models who helped to define fashion in the 1980’s. Discovered by Italian Men’s Vogue while working as an apprentice to shoe designer Manolo Blahnik, Howard quickly rose to become a successful international model and was known for being a part of Ray Petri’s “Buffalo”.

After working as an actor both here and in the US, Howard went on to become one of the country’s most respected yoga teachers, selling over 3.5 million DVD’s across 19 titles, and hosting his own television show on ITV2 called “Simply Yoga with Howard Napper.”

He is also recognised as one of the country’s foremost experts on stress, and as a wellbeing advocate presented a successful TedX Talk in 2015 called “The Art of Lifestyle Medicine”. He is also the founder and creative director of the yoga brand agoy.

All this not only makes Howard an inspiring role model, but also the epitome of a man over the age of 50!!!
